I really enjoyed my experience, ordering carry out from cozy coop! I was greeted by Jack and Xander and they held wonderful conversation while I waited for my order. They were very knowledgeable about the food and extremely friendly. Talking to them and being surrounded by the smells of great food makes it feel like a small town restaurant that you want to come back to time and time again.

I’ve ordered from Cozy Coop in Roswell a few times, and while the food is generally solid, today’s experience pushed me to finally leave a review.The fried chicken and wings are usually flavorful and well-cooked. I really enjoy the cornbread and the mashed potatoes with sausage gravy. The mac and cheese, on the other hand, isn’t really for me. The pasta tends to be overcooked and the cheese sauce is a little too thick for my taste.What really stood out today was the customer service or lack of it. I called just to confirm their hours and ask about placing an order, and the person on the phone didn’t offer to help, didn’t explain why they were showing as “temporarily closed” on delivery apps, and honestly just didn’t seem interested. As someone with a background in Culinary Arts Management, I notice when places don’t follow through on the basics of hospitality and it left a sour note.The food is still worth trying if you’re in the mood for fried chicken and Southern sides. Just don’t expect the service to match the kitchen.
